Twenty-five years after the Sept. 11 terror attacks, the American Council of Engineering Cos.-New York convened engineers and building trades to reflect on the industry’s response and recovery roles.
The discussion also revisited lingering impacts from the attacks and changes in practice that followed.
The gathering took place in New York and was held on Sept. 11, according to Engineering News-Record.
ENR said the event focused on how the engineering and construction community responded at the time and how those experiences shaped later practice.
